TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HIRE

To ensure that the image of the work we are seen to do is of the highest possible standard (not to mention the standards & condition of our vehicles) it is necessary to stipulate the following.

• I/We understand and agree with the following conditions set out by Lakeside Limousines.

• Any deposit is an acceptance of these terms & conditions.

• The booking customer is responsible to ensure all passengers are aware of these conditions, and is also responsible for any damage to exterior, interior and or contents of the vehicle.

• 4 Passenger limousines – 1 to 3 passengers in the rear, 1 passenger in the front

• Stretch limousines – 1 to 10 passengers in the back.

• An 11 passenger vehicle can carry one passenger in the front.

• Seat belts to be worn at all times

• No smoking in vehicles

• No part of the body may protrude from the vehicle.  Protrusions may result in termination of your hire.  This is against the law.

• I/We agree to pay the balance due two weeks prior to the date by methods set out by Lakeside Limousines.  (applicable to weddings)
  

• Full payment is required before departure. 
  

• If I/we decide to change to pay each way, the price will revert to the non discounted rate each way.

• Any account payments overdue will incur a 10% surcharge.

• All deposits are non-refundable.  We agree that the cancellation of this booking will result in the forfeiture of our security deposit.  Your security deposit is your deposit part of the total booking fee (Security deposit will not exceed 40 %.)

• All deposits are due by specified dates to secure vehicles, unless prior arrangements have been made.

• I/We agree to adhere to our start and finish times and accept that any overtime will be charged for that we delay the hire company out side of these times.  Along with any work they are unable to attend or are delayed for.

• Overtime will be charged at the non discounted hourly rate or part thereof per vehicle.

• Lakeside Limousines will accept no responsibility for lateness caused by the client.

• Lakeside Limousines have the right to use any photographs taken on the day for general promotion and display purposes.

• Lakeside Limousines reserves the right to substitute any vehicle with a vehicle of equal hire rate or refund (in full) any amount paid if we are unable to provide a vehicle due to an emergency or conditions outside of our control.

• Breakage of flutes will be charged at $10.00 per glass.  Tumblers at $10.00 each.  Replacement of goblets at $50.00 each.

• Drivers are under strict instruction to stop and not proceed if they believe any person is not in a fit state to travel, (inclusive of unruly behaviour and any mess made).  Cost to sanitise the interior of a vehicle starts at $250.00 and goes up depending upon the extent of the problem.  Plus any work the vehicle is unable to attend.  Costs will be charged as cash payment at the time.

• All one-hour bookings will allow up to 2 pick up points that are in close proximity and still get you to your destination in time.  Be sure to allow enough time for “happy Snaps”.  To allow for a more relaxing time it may pay to book for an extra 30 minutes.  Each extra pick up not advised when booking will attract a $30.00 fee plus overtime if applicable.

• After complimentary drinks are consumed you may purchase extra from your chauffeur at the chauffeurs discretion.

• Please do not embarrass us by allowing us to turn up to a wedding when it has only been booked by you as a transfer.  If so we reserve the right to charge you for this service, less any monies already paid.  Prior knowledge accepted.

• Lakeside Limousines shall not be held responsible to any person or persons, company or syndicate for injuries and are absolved from all liability.

• Refunds shall not be given upon early completion of pre-booked times.

• No hard liquor can be consumed in the vehicle, pre-mixes may be allowed with prior consultation.  No coloured drinks to be consumed in the vehicle.  i.e. Red wine, Coke, etc. 

• Any spillages will attract a fee.

• No food to be eaten in the vehicle
